After more than 25 years in Human Resources, I’ve seen first-hand how work can shape – and sometimes shake, every part of our lives.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, I’ve spent my career helping people navigate complex workplace issues: from disciplinary and grievance matters to redundancy, performance, and absenteeism.
Alongside my grounding in UK employment law, I’m a trained Mental Health First Aider and hold a Level 2 qualification in counselling. I bring this unique combination of HR expertise and wellbeing insight together to help people not only understand the world of work but to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control within it.
I created Work Well Path for those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly carrying the weight of work stress into their health, relationships, and confidence.
